El Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) ha anunciado una ampliación de plazo para que los contribuyentes del Régimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO) puedan regularizar sus obligaciones fiscales.
SAT: Ampliación del plazo
El Servicio de Atención Tributaria ha extendido el plazo hasta el 2 de octubre de 2023 para que los contribuyentes RESICO puedan cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
- Contar con e firma activa.
- Tener activo el Buzón Tributario.
- Emitir facturas electrónicas a través de las aplicaciones «Factura fácil» y «Mi nómina» de «Mis cuentas».
Características del RESICO
El Régimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO) está destinado a los contribuyentes cuyos ingresos no superen los 3.5 millones de pesos.
En este régimen, la tasa del Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR) varía desde el 1% hasta el 2.5%.
Los contribuyentes que pueden acceder a este beneficio del ISR son los que realicen las siguientes actividades:
- Actividades empresariales y profesionales:
- Talleres mecánicos.
- Imprentas.
- Restaurantes.
- Cafeterías.
- Bares.
- Tiendas de abarrotes.
- Misceláneas.
- Escuelas.
- Guarderías.
- Ferreterías.
- Refaccionarias.
- Abogados.
- Contadores.
- Médicos.
- Odontólogos.
- Entre otros servicios profesionales.
- Uso o goce de bienes inmuebles (arrendamiento de departamentos, casas y locales comerciales).
- Actividades agrícolas, ganaderas, silvícolas y pesqueras (AGAPES).
Ingresos adicionales permitidos
Además de las actividades mencionadas, los contribuyentes RESICO pueden obtener ingresos por salarios e intereses, siempre y cuando la suma total de sus ingresos no exceda los 3.5 millones de pesos anuales.
